Fireworks to Support Community Boating

If you’re looking for an explosive way to support community boating then you might like to go along to the Trent Bridge Rotary Fireworks display this Saturday November 3rd at Wilford Village in aid of MacMillan Nurses and Peter Le Marchant Trust.  The Trust are based in Loughborough and have provided day trips and holidays on waterways for disabled and seriously-ill people of all ages and disability for over 35 years.

Nottingham Moderns Rugby Club, (Main Road, Wilford) is hosting what it claims to be, ‘Nottingham’s BIGGEST Charity Firework Display’. Gates will open with a hog roast at 5pm, with a Real Ale marquee and live bands between 5.30pm and 10.30pm. There will be Children’s Fantasy Fireworks at 6.30pm with the main display at 8pm. Advance tickets are available from The Ferry Inn Wilford Village, Rivermead Stores, MRS News Trent Bridge and Wilford Co-op. Family £20, Adults £9, Children £5 and students £6.
