We are pleased to report that the NCBA AGM on the 23rd March 2010 at the Park Crescent Conference Centre in London was a success with some very interesting speakers and vibrant discussion in the question and answer sessions.

We would like to thank those of you who came to the AGM and hope you feel that is was a worthwhile day. Thank you to those who have already fed back on the value of the day to your respective community boat projects.
For those of you who didn’t manage to make the journey we urge you to be involved in the future – it is a critical time for the waterways and its communities; the NCBA are here to help ensure there is recognition for the work you do and a national voice for community boating. With our combined support we will make a difference to the waterways and the communities we work with across the country.
Unfortunately due to parliamentary duties Ann Mackintosh was unable to make it but her slot was more than adequately filled by Clive Henderson from the IWA.
