NCBA 2017 AGM – 18th November at 10:00am

This year the NCBA AGM will take place at The Pirate Castle, 33 Oval Rd, London NW1 7EA on the 18th November 2017 starting at 10:00 am.

The location of The Pirate Castle can be found by looking at their website http://www.thepiratecastle.org/how-find-us  It is a short walk from Camden Town Tube station or Camden Road Overground Station.

Places are limited to 2 per project or alternatively fill out the return form below and post.

( Projects who are doing presentations will be allowed additional spaces if required )

Catering is based on notifications of attendance received so please inform us if you are attending

  • A buffet lunch is provided,
  • Parking is available within a short walk to the centre.

This is your opportunity to meet with NCBA volunteer staff, other projects and the Board Directors  to share your views.

11.45 Trustees elections – Process (Paul Unwin)
12.15 Lunch (New trustees meeting)
1.15pm Derek Stansfield Presentation ( Derek Stansfield NTC chair)
1.40pm Website (Richard Clarke – Website and Communications Director)
2.00pm Ethel Trust Presentation
2.20pm Tea break
2.50pm responses to Q & A (Paul Unwin, Derek Stansfield)
3.10pm – 3.25pm closing speech from Chair and depart ( Paul Unwin)

Please Note

Vacancies currently exist on the Board. Expressions of interest to be sent to staff@national-cba.co.uk  and interviews will be arranged at the AGM or shortly after with those sending expressions of interest. Two Trustees are standing down this year – Derek Stansfield and Patrick Titman.
